Welcome to TRACK30 Challenge. By accessing, registering for, or participating in the TRACK30 Challenge, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
Participants must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding agreements.
Participants are responsible for ensuring their participation complies with any applicable laws or regulations in their jurisdiction.
TRACK30 Challenge is a fitness accountability program designed to encourage consistency with nutrition, exercise, and healthy habits.
Registration includes access to the TRACK30 Challenge platform, participant dashboard, tracking tools, educational resources, accountability features, and program administration for the applicable challenge period.
Participants are responsible for providing complete and accurate information during registration, intake, weigh-ins, progress photo submissions, daily tracking, and all other required program activities.
Participant performance is evaluated using objective criteria published within the TRACK30 Challenge Rules. Performance measurements include nutrition tracking, exercise compliance, protein intake, submission deadlines, and required participant tasks.
Performance outcomes are determined solely by published scoring criteria and participant compliance. TRACK30 Challenge does not use random selection, games of chance, or luck to determine participant results.
TRACK30 Challenge does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
All calorie targets, recommendations, educational materials, and program content are provided for informational purposes only.
Participants should consult a physician or qualified healthcare professional before beginning any diet, exercise, or weight management program.
Participation is voluntary and undertaken entirely at the participant's own risk.
Participation requires payment of the applicable program registration fee.
Program services begin immediately following registration, including participant onboarding, account creation, dashboard provisioning, tracking file preparation, challenge administration, and access to program resources.
Because services begin immediately after registration, all registration fees are final and non-refundable.

By registering, you acknowledge that your payment reserves your place in the upcoming TRACK30 Challenge program and authorizes immediate program setup and participant onboarding.
Eligible participants may qualify for performance-based rewards as described in the Official Challenge Rules.
Reward eligibility is determined solely through objective performance standards, required program completion, and published scoring criteria.
TRACK30 Challenge reserves the right to modify program formats, scoring systems, eligibility requirements, performance reward structures, and operational procedures as reasonably necessary to maintain fairness, consistency, and platform integrity.
Participants agree to act honestly, respectfully, and in good faith throughout the program.
TRACK30 Challenge reserves the right to suspend, remove, or permanently prohibit participation for any individual who:
Removal from the program does not entitle the participant to a refund.
Participants grant TRACK30 Challenge permission to store submitted progress photos, body composition records, and challenge-related submissions for verification, program administration, security, customer support, and recordkeeping purposes.
TRACK30 Challenge does not sell participant photos or personal health information to third parties.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TRACK30 Challenge, its owners, affiliates, contractors, partners, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from participation in the program.
Participants assume full responsibility for their health, nutrition decisions, exercise decisions, and participation outcomes.
TRACK30 Challenge may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued participation or use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
