Welcome to TRACK30 Challenge. By accessing, registering for, or participating in the TRACK30 Challenge, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
Participants must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding agreements.
TRACK30 Challenge is a fitness accountability program designed to encourage consistency with nutrition, exercise, and healthy habits.
Participants are responsible for providing accurate information during registration, intake, weigh-ins, progress photo submissions, and challenge participation.
TRACK30 Challenge does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
All calorie targets, recommendations, educational materials, and challenge content are provided for informational purposes only.
Participants should consult a physician or qualified healthcare professional before beginning any diet, exercise, or weight-loss program.
Participation is voluntary and at the participant's own risk.
Participation requires payment of the applicable entry fee.
All sales are final.
Upon registration, participants are immediately enrolled in the upcoming challenge. Administrative setup, participant onboarding, challenge preparation, prize pool calculations, leaderboard preparation, intake processing, and challenge resources begin immediately after registration.
No refunds will be issued for any reason.
By registering, you acknowledge that your payment reserves your place in the challenge and represents a commitment to complete the challenge period and pursue your goals with consistency and accountability.
Prize pools are funded according to the rules published on Track30Challenge.com.
TRACK30 Challenge reserves the right to modify challenge formats, scoring systems, eligibility requirements, prize structures, and operational procedures as necessary to maintain fairness and platform integrity.
Participants agree to act honestly and in good faith.
TRACK30 Challenge reserves the right to remove, disqualify, suspend, or ban any participant who:
Disqualified participants are not eligible for refunds.
Participants grant TRACK30 Challenge permission to store submitted photos and challenge-related content for operational, verification, security, administrative, and recordkeeping purposes.
TRACK30 Challenge does not sell participant photos to third parties.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TRACK30 Challenge, its owners, affiliates, contractors, partners, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from participation in the Challenge.
Participants assume full responsibility for their health, safety, nutrition decisions, exercise decisions, and outcomes.
TRACK30 Challenge may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
