Final weigh-ins must be completed during the final days of the month, with the latest accepted submission on the 1st of the following month.
Final weigh-ins must also be done first thing in the morning before food or water, using the exact same scale and method as the initial weigh-in.
All paid participants are added to a private WhatsApp group once the challenge begins.
