RULES

LOG EVERYTHING

Log all food and drink consumed, including item, serving size, calories, and protein.

STAY WITHIN CALORIES

Calories are the most important metric. Those who consistently stay within their target rank highest.

MEET GYM QUOTA

You must complete the number of workouts per week you committed to during intake.

LOG BEFORE 11:59 PM

Each day locks at 11:59 PM. Entries may be adjusted until they re-lock the following day.

PROTEIN STRENGTHENS RANKING

Protein is the fourth metric. Hitting your target improves your leaderboard position.

NO PUBLIC LEADERBOARD

Weekly feedback is private. Final standings are revealed only at the end of the challenge.

BEFORE THE CHALLENGE BEGINS

To compete properly, every participant needs to complete a few required steps before Day 1. This is what keeps the challenge organized, fair, and measurable from the start.

INITIAL WEIGH-IN

You must weigh yourself within 3 days prior to the challenge start date.

  • First thing in the morning
  • Before eating or drinking
  • Using an approved method

APPROVED METHODS

DEXA Scan — most accurate (cost associated)

InBody Scan — highly accurate and recommended

Home Smart Scale — acceptable with greater margin of error

COMPLETE THE INTAKE FORM

On your dashboard, after payment fill in your intake form accurately. any inaccuracies will affect targets

FINAL WEIGH-IN

Final weigh-ins must be completed during the final days of the month, with the latest accepted submission on the 1st of the following month.

Final weigh-ins must also be done first thing in the morning before food or water, using the exact same scale and method as the initial weigh-in.
